We had a lengthy but overall great experience with Diehl Ford. The salesmen, managers, and parts guys were accommodating, and we accomplished our mission on New Year's Eve. The patience of the Diehl staff is excellent even with our two-year-old in tow. In the end, we had to do some serious math to make our deal work, and everyone came together to support and get us in a new Bronco.

Had been talking to Salesman “Paul” looking a purchasing a vehicle for my mother in law, unfortunately the original car sold, chose another one made an appointment for the next day for her to test drive ect. My husband and his mom go there and sat down and were told now that car had sold then tried to sell them on something different, then “called” someone there just to confirm it had sold and the deal fell thru but then all of sudden they were told the radio doesn’t work and they’ve tried to “fix” it 3 times and wasn’t successful and that it would have to go thru Ford. We said no thank you and left but yet they are still trying to sell the vehicle. Then tried to say well if something comes in we will call…no Thanks put a bad experience for them! Would have been nice if the salesperson was honest and called or texted us prior to let us know of this situation. #SHADY #NOTHONEST

My Suv 2020 Subaru Frorester was towed in on Jan 10 ,2025 a deer hit me Tre Bell worked on my car the car sat for a week until they were waiting for parts to come in and waiting on insurance company which insurance was waiting on them they never once contacted me about my car I had to be the one to reach out to them so did my agent at All state it was always something different they left me a voice last week stating they were waiting on the windshield to come in on Friday. and he would get back to me later that afternoon but I never heard from him at all I was rented a SUV from Enterprise they wanted it back on Wed Jan 8th so I called Diehl up and told them I needed my car back cause I had to return my rental back he said it was in detail which he said that on Tuesday but I guess that was wrong he said soon as it came back he was going to check everything out and call me the end of the day I didn't here nothing from him my insurance agent Stacy call the same day and they told her the same thing we waited all day yesterday no call so today Stacy decided to call them this morning and Jill told her my car was done Tre called me on Wednesday to let me know she said no one called them and if they did you think they would have tired on Thursday or even Friday morning but they didn't .this is so poor communication with customers I will never use this place again my Subaru dose look good but this is beside the point. 1 month and 2 weeks and I STILL DONT HAVE MY TRUCK!!! NO RENTAL WAS GIVEN OR OFFERED NOTHING!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE FOR SERVICE! IVE PAID A TRUCK PAYMENT AND HAVEN'T EVEN DRIVEN IT! Honestly super frustrating, turned my truck in Aug 5th and STILL don't have it. It needs a rear differential replaced. I've called to stay involved and I'll give the folks credit, they were very polite and kind. Over 30 days is a bit much.

Went to this for dealership and bought a used truck twenty seventeen, with only eighty thousand miles on it. Great. Looking truck seem to run fine. Explain to them that I was leaving town going on vacation for a week.Just after the purchase. While driving it to my vacation destination, the truck started making a strange noise.I contacted them when I got back about taking a look at it. They said, oh, since you've had the truck for a week, we're not doing anything to it "so sorry". Highly do not recommend this dealership, as they wouldn't even take a look at the truck to determine what the issue was without charging additional fees. Apparently, it's all about the almighty dollar for these boys $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Absolute BEST customer service I have EVER experienced. Bob, Rob, and Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! After dealing with issue after issue at multiple different dealerships, given false hope, and waiting around just to be told “sorry we cant help you”, these three gentleman MADE SURE I left with a vehicle that same day!!! They did everything they could to help me immensely and now I am the owner of a new car!!! 10000/10 recommend Diehl Ford!!! They WILL take care of you and get you want you need! 1400 appointment for some recalls on my Bronco. It's supposed to be picked up by the dealership and I still haven't gotten a phone call to get the car keys. Already doing a good job. I wanted to tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. Eli was the best salesman I have ever dealt with when buying a car. He was very patient and kind throughout the experience. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he asked somebody else. He put me in a very nice chevy impala within my payment range. I really went in there expecting to not find a car within the payment range I wanted because no other dealership could and expected to leave disappointed as always but ileft with a nicer car than I've ever had in my.life.all smiles.
